Catherine, When was this dog neutered?  I don't think it is uncommon, for
several days after neutering.  Time will take care of it.  Can be up to a
week give or take.  Body absorbs it as the scrotum shrinks.  Our latest,
Gulliver , had more of this than Ranger did.  If this is occurring at a
later date, then I don't know.   Cindy
