My Pyr had some swelling after he was neutered and it
turned out to be an infection :-( On the other hand, I
was talking to a vet this weekend who had a
just-neutered mastiff with her. The mastiff had a VERY
swollen scrotum and she said this isn't uncommon --
especially for large breeds neutered after puppyhood.
She said it's nothing to worry about unless they seem
to be in pain or if it doesn't go down in a few days.
