Re: Re(2): [pyrnet] CHAT, CARE - appetite after neutering / jump

Sherri We shadow to Maine and Nigara Falls and he was Great he never barked once at night but because of his size we were asked not to leave him in the room alone (I wonder why)LOL.I have to admit i think that had to be one of the best vacations ever and the whole family agrees it was because of Shadow. The one time that I did worry was while in Niagra Falls I thought for sure he was going to lay down and refuse to get up he was exhausted and the only thing I could picture was me carrying him to the car (mission impossiable)But when we did arrive home he barked all the way up the driveway at that point i knew his best behavior was at an end.

Is barking ever a problem in the hotels?  Can you leave them alone for a few
hours in the hotel room?

Elaine, we drive from Boston to Gainesville, FL with our two every couple
of years, and manage to find pet-friendly motels/hotels. Ours have all
been great travelers, and we enjoy the fact that, with the dogs along, we
take time to find nice state parks etc. to walk them and to give *us* a
break!
Would love to hear of pet-friendly places others have stayed at. We take
an inland route rather than I 95 and our favorite place is the Embers Inn
at Carlisle, PA. Our favorite visit was when they were hosting a corgi
specialty--you can imagine how fascinated those little ones were with pyr
tails!!
