I agree with Karen. Remember marketing. You have been marketed. Noting
wrong with that necessarily. Take a step back, a deep breath. Think about
the big price you are being asked and that this dog will live maybe 10 plus
years and the commitment you are making. Realize your goals of getting a
show quality bitch to show and all show quality should be able to get the
championship, but most importantly, talk with some breeders and not get too
hyped up on any one of these. You are pretty far down the line here, but you
are a novice, I am assuming by your email. Point is, if this was a "hot
litter" (few really are), you will be toward the end of the line. Are you
better off taking one from the back of the selection process or taking one
from "up the line" somewhat? Please ask about genetic problems, especially
Epilepsy, Luxating Patella, Dwarfs, see if they check eyes and have them
cleared in all breeding stock. You need to ask not only about the Sire and
Dam but puppies they have had previously and family members (Sibs, etc.).

Once you get through all that, you might still want this pup, but you
hopefully will have taken some of the immediate emotion (thrill of your good
luck to get a puppy out of such great winning dogs) out of the process.
