allison,
for especially persistent jumping in a large dog i would recommmend that
you use the following correction: as soon as she jumpes up give her a low
sounding "no" and use your fingers to grip her underneath the chin while
pressing down with your thumb in the inside of her mouth (most dogs jump
with their mouths open, so this shouldn't be a problem) directly behind
her teeth. you should press down in this spot for only about one second,
as it is painful to the dog.
