Jen, I don't know where your located, but here in the South Carolina
region, this is VERY common -- and very disheartening.  We get the South
Carolina Market Bulletin, and many of the farm breeders advertise there. 
I'm starting a list of all the people who advertise there, when they run
their ads, and some of the specifics (cost, number of pups, etc).  I should
have started this some time ago, just never got around to it.  Will be
interesting to see the pattern.  Around here, it's these people who are
doing the Pyrs the worse injustice, and are the hardest (if not
impossible!) to educate.
