oh my gosh....you poor thing! i've got the slat fencing (horse fencing) with
welded wire on the inside of it (the dog's side) with barbed wire on the
top, and my jumper doesn't do it anymore.  mine's only about 5 1/2 - 6 feet
tall.  simba could jump anything and went higher than a cat....he doesn't do
it anymore.  the barbed wire is pretty thick and the welded wire is
supposedly non-climbing.  robyn suggested it to me and it's worked great.
it's not overly expensive, either.
