Julie, does this fence at the top tip in and over?  Simply going up, may
not do the job.  This dog is a serious climber and you need to have the
type that bends out into the yard.  Or some electric strands at the top. 
 Those would be out of the way of the kids.  Maybe you need to take a
tour of prison yards to get some ideas? :-)  LOL!  Sounds like you are
