Julie,

Have you tried a run with a top on it?  That is our next move with Casper.  I 
hope it works.  I am getting it reinforced with the steel poles on the top 
ant the bottom and it will be drilled into our cement slab.  The size will be 
9x19. 

 I feel terrible about confining him to the run because we have a large yard 
for him (that's why we felt comfortable getting a pyr in the first place - 
our Shepard and Standard  Poodle never felt the need to escape).

If this does not work we will have run out of safe solutions and don't know 
what we will do.  Please pray for us and keep your fingers crossed.  If it 
works we will let you know and you may want to take the "confinement" plunge  
too.

By the way, are your dogs ok when left alone inside the house?  Casper has 
destroyed so many things when we leave the house, but he is a perfect angel 
when we are home.
