Re: [pyrnet] Separation anxiety in re: neutering

<< Karen--<SNIP> ---I believe in my heart that a youngster (about 34 yrs)
can't possibly have the life experience and knowledge of the truth that say
someone my age (50 yikes!) can have. If we all can remember back to that
idealistic age when the world was ours and we knew best what should go on in
it, we too probably shared our opinion much too quickly without thinking of
the consequences of what we said. As I got (ahem!) more mature I realized
and have tried to instill in my kids that the "world does not revolve around
their derriere" and they are not the wisest be all and end all of every
conversation--not unless they can back it up! >>

Bonnie, it's the middle of the night and I'm sleepy and am catching up on
email. I'm not really sure if your comment is directed to me, nor am I 100%
sure of what you're implying? FWIW, I am not 34 and don't remember saying
that I was. Can you please explain? (This might be clearer to me in the
AM/PC [post coffee]).

Thanks,

p.s. I know people who are far wiser at 34 (or even 20) then some folks
that I know at "ahem" 50. Maturity can sometimes be a state of mind....
