Hi Richard

You have a thankless task mostly.  I do hope that Terry is hot taken from the 
list.  The discussion did get somewhat out of hand, but there was more than 
one person engaged in that.  

We all appreciate the list and you, who work for all of us.  To the rest of 
us lets try to be tolerant and tolerate someone else's view point even if we 
are offended and this point has been made clear by some. 

Again I hope Terry or for that matter no one else is banned from the list.
