Katie, While what you say is true ( dogs owners are painfully aware of
the system)  isn't it ironic that the "Warning, keep out, private
property " signs have no punch, in our system.  The tresspasser/robber/
whatever their intent person, has it all on their side.  You tell people
to stay out, they do what they want anyway, and your liable for them.
