In my opinion for what it's worth, is that anyone who decides to help
unwanted dogs, at anytime, is a saint!
I don't see why this should be something to fight about. I think that the
work Linda does is incredible, and it must be very hard and frusterating. I
also think that she is very wise in being careful who she places the dogs
she rescues with. I think putting her down for the many years of service and
caring for these dogs, is not at all fair.

On the other hand, I think that you, Merri did a wonderful thing in
fostering this dog. 
I think everyone involved who helped this animal, and should be proud. Even
if they just forwarded his plea to another site. It all helps in the end.
I think it would serve the dogs alot better if the rescue's learned to work
together. Not against each other. It's not a contest. It's a cause.
