I know my local Agway Pet Center rents the collars.  We rented one for a
week before we bought one.  It's an Innotek, we bought a waterproof one as
it was for a black lab that lived in our river.  It was more expensive than
the non-waterproof ones.  Those you should be able to buy for around $60.

I haven't tried it on the Pyrs yet, I'm hoping they will bark themselves out
this winter.  Somehow I think I am being very optimistic.
