Yep, sure do.  The other problems that can cause heart attacks are 
the stenosis disorders of the heart.  SAS and other stenosis 
disorders disrupt the blood flow.  Resulting death can be from CHF or 
sudden death usually caused by a massive heart attack.  A couple 
other disorders that can contribute to a heart attack are 
hyperlipidemia and diabetes.
