Whoaaa Stephanie, I think you are giving the average Homo Sapiens with too
much sense. We had a dog park around here. People started complaining about
dogs jumping on them at the dog park. It seems that they preferred to go
someplace where they could have  the possibility of a confrontation than go
to the 10 other (nicer in my opinion) parks/trails in the area. The bottom
line is the town council changed the leash laws in the park. Now, it seems,
no one goes there.
