I guess this is worth a try, but for Ivy Rose it doesn't have to do with
sound. She begins to react long before the thunder is audible, at least to
us--of course, I know she can hear it before we do, but she seems to react
to pressure changes even in the absence of actual thunderstorm activity.
We've had some success by giving melatonin. She doesn't get as frantic as
she used to.
