I'd look at either a contact, airborne or food allergy, especially if it's
chronic behavior. What dog food are you feeding, and what people food do you
feed him. What do you use to wash your floors? Is it worse in the spring and
summer when things are growing and pollinating? And do you have a well or
city water?
