You could try putting the E-Collar on backwards and cut out a half 
moon in the lower front, so those pyr' 0' knees don't hit the front of 
the collar.  Unless you think Baron would scratch his ears on the 
door post ;o. Or if he is really agile, he might scratch with his hind 
leg?  Come to think of it the backwards E-Collar is probably not a 
good idea for ear stuff.  But it works great for the ones who won't 
leave a s/n incision alone.  The are not bothered by that big 
lampshade, I'm not bothered either, and they can't reach their 
ouchy! :)
