They need to check for whip worms.  Can miss them on an individual stool sample, so might need several and might treat for same even if not detected.  Also coccidea (sp?) could be a problem, again hard to find always in stools.  Albon Prophylactically would also be advised.  There is an albon resistant coccidea strain so might then need to try alternative.  Tylan is good, but it is "off label" for coccidea.
