Pano, or Panosteitis is "Growing pains". The long
bones in the legs grow very fast, (as occurs sometimes in adolescent boys) and
causes inflammation and pain. Albon is a Sulfa Drug which can have, on occasion,
deleterious effect on the kidneys as Dianne stated.
