Pam, Just out of interest how did your males all
come together, were any litter mates, did they come as pups or were any rescue
or adopted later in life? For them to live happily together is quite an
achievment, it would be really good to know how this came about. In my answer to
Beth recently I mentioned that Toby has been quite dominant, I made no mention
of the fact that he is beautiful, loving, sweet and placid most of the
time, I felt the need to say that :o) and that although he probably would like
to be an only dog in his old age (10 next birthday) he has decided that 10 month
old Hannah can be fun as long as she isn't too annoying. haha

I
do know one thing, if I were to obtain a female Pyr, Raisa the Mal
would probably not take a liking to it very well. Evn though they
are both well socialized and attend doggie daycare every week, she is
territorial with strange dogs in her house.
Any advice would be
much appreciated.

Hi Beth,
I have 3 males here~I've always preferred males, and
have had only 1 bitch in residence since 1985~
Truth be told, "the bitch will rule"~~I never had much
trouble with the males~once in a while, some posturing , maybe a tussel once
in a while, but no real fights~~
just My experience
