Never occurred to me to notice whether the major collections on the deck coincided with storms. I'll pay closer attention.
Ombre doesn't come into the house, but has dog houses and shelters outside. She has to "work night shift" at her job of protecting the chicken house. Since she has been in the back yard, not one wild critter has come over the fence. Her mere presence effectively does the job.
