The first one is potty training,
Even when we put him out every 30 min sometime he'll whine and

You go out with Him ? many times, puppys go out, get distracted, start playing, ect....go out wih
him, ( of course it will take some time ) but, the time will come when He can
go out by Himself and know what to do because You showed Him what to
do~~we do and, not all the time, but sometimes when he comes
in not even 5 minutes later he will pee.???
The second question I have is,
and I am hoping that it is a puppy thing is his aggression/nipping. He is only
16 weeks old and when he is playing with our Lab he sometimes becomes what I

sounds like a puppy thing, not aggression~My first thought, however is that
Your other dog needs a break sometimes~right now , the puppy has "puppy
license"~~in a few weeks, it may be differant and there will be "no holds
barred"~~Might be wise to start training the puppy now to not be so rough with
Your other dog~~. He starts biting and pulling at her. And
every time Harley(our lab) comes in from outside he run at her jumps and
starts biting her
He also nips at us, although not at bas as when we

Puppys go together <BG>, but, I have found that a trip to Petsmart,
ect,,, buy Granicks's Bitter Apple~~spray on Your hands and arms before
You play with Puppy~~another thing to do ~when the puppy starts biting~get up
and walk away~~In other words, reward the good behavior by playing, ignore the
bad behavior by walking away~ (
puppys cannot stand to be ignored)~~
