[pyrnet] Unequal friendships --- and holiday helping!

I just had an interesting visit with a candidate for a rescue Pyr. 
She already has a tiny Yorkie about 2.5 pounds in size. I was 
wondering if anyone has interesting stories about friendships between 
big dogs and tiny dogs. Our Patou's best friend in his obedience 
class was a tiny Papillon who stole Patou's treats and definitely had 
the upper hand in the relationship. I'd be interested in others' experiences.

It's 30 December and I hope many list members are sending their 
tax-deductible donations to qualified Pyr rescue organizations. Two 
groups I know of that take donations by mail or through the web are,

Maybe other list members can add groups. Special IRS regulations for 
this year allow tax breaks even for non-Katrina non-profits. Shirley
