[WW] Feats or Speicalty classes?



What is the focus of Weird Wars, Feats or Specialty classes?

Rationally I think specialty classes better represent specific MOS.  

On the other hand I really hate specialty classes.  I would rather have a
bunch of feats that i could use to specialize my character.  3rd edition
seemed to make great strides forward.  But every specialty class based
suplement they take a step back.

Maybe a Horror Game Based on How Horrifing the D20 system is. :)

Just kidding(I've been doing that a lot lately), If any company can fix the 
problems with D20 PEG can.
