Thanks for the heads up on the Kaballah.

I do think the european Jews could be a wonderful tool
for the referee. For centuries they lived among us
despite persecution, why? Were they guarding some
secret? Protecting us from something, protecting us
from ourselves? Then something happened and the
'dragon' was let lose - magic rose again and the
strange German cults who first warred amongst
themselves were unified and turned on the Jews who had
stood between them and ultimate power for so long.

I think the real point of all the horror is to show
that it was not comitted by supernatural monsters but
by ordinary people not so very different from
ourselves, and that in slightly different
circumstances we might be the ones wearing the
lightning runes.

Things might be released, and peole might consort with
things in the Weird Wars setting, but there will be
clerks there counting teeth and bundles of hair.
Horror is much more than blood.
