Perhaps a Feat along the lines of  "Incoming" called
"Grenade!"

Wherein the Feat may only be taken by those who have
experienced a month or two of combat experience?

After watching BoB last night I was a little amazed at
just how close they really did get to exploding
grenades. Not my style (10 feet is just over three
metres which is really not far enough IHO) but
certainly dramatic enough. Also, I was impressed with
the display of fumbles. Nice touch of realisim for the
potential PCs. Sometimes people just screw up.
