You can get digest versions of the list from the
server. You need to send a message to
majordomo@gamerz.net with 'help' as the text. This
will give you a list of commands. You will then need
to find out which filres you need. I cut and pasted
this list into a wordprocessor to make it more useful.

Majordomo is easy enough to work once you have a
little practice and a list of the commands.

If the worst comes to the worst I have been archiving
them myself.
