[werewolf] Game 113 stalemate



With a stalemate in game 113, I'd like once again to reccomend some
sort of time limit algorithm. In this case, were this the real world,
the sun would eventually set, and the wolves would eventually kill
someone, ending the stalemate. The logic would have to recognize the
following, I think :

- If the number of villagers is larger than or equal to the number of
wolves/bad guys the next day, a new round of lynchings (assume the
dead player is the only one who saw the wolves change)
- if the number of wolves/bad guys is greater than the number of other
players at the end of that night, wolves win.

There are probably special cases, but that's the basic idea. 

Since we only seem to get into this situation near endgame, I think
this might not be to bad a thing to implement. I don't ahve access to
the code, and my perl is *WAY* rusty, so I'm not the guy to implement
it. Wish I were, though.
