[werewolf] Numbering mails

Would it be possible to have the mails in a game numbered? This would make 
referencing mails easier and I think it would encourage people going over 
previous mails more to look for clues, hence increasing the level of play 
IMHO.

Suggested subject lines:

werewolf START 194.001
werewolf vote 194.002 alias **
werewolf chat 194.003 alias **

I don't think it matters much whether message/howl/info etc mails are 
numbered through.
