The ordering requested here can be maintained with "sort by order received"

Sadly, gmail is ignoring my complaints to them about them ignoring the
headers that allow for the subject line to change but the threads to be
maintained.

As they are ignoring my requests for being able to specify a fixed pitch 
font as a user property so the board games will properly display.
