Well, I hesitate to unleash the wolfish hordes on the wiki, but I supposed it's about time:

Through the dev list we've started creating this wiki for Richard's server.  A few of us have been filling in information, but the intention is to broaden it to all users.  I'm working on getting the wiki moved to Richard's "play" server, but that's been going 
poorly.  So for now, the wiki is still hosted on my server.
