I originally thought it would be, but maybe not. Might
have to playtest it some more. How hard would it be to
set the percentage at the start of the game, like
-bite 50 ?

I would say early in the game to get an advantage, or
at the end, when they're desperate. Also, if it looks
like the wolves have been "found out", they'd be
biting.

Right. Too harsh. The whole point of bite was to try
to give a little more balance to the wolves, who were
losing to the spreadsheet keepers.
