[BNW] Seeking info on Delta Academy

Hi guys.  I've been lurking on this list for quite some time, and I'm finally 
coming out of hiding to ask a question.

I'm working on a storyline that begins with a number of young Deltas trying 
to escape Delta Academy.  Naturally the escape doesn't go nearly as well as 
planned, but six students do manage to get away, but only because the 
warehouse they were hiding in was reduced to a pile of rubble by a Bomber 
chasing them (the same explosion dumped them into the sewer, where they hid 
until the search for them died down.)

What I want to know is has anyone ever used Delta Academy in any of their 
adventures and how did they handle it?  What is life like at the Academy? 
What does it have in the way of security? (I know it's pretty tight, but 
beyond that I'm not sure) How possible would an escape be an escape be 
anyway?  And so on and so forth.
