Actually - in a way it does fit.  There's those Patchwork Scientists out
there.

I would have to think that it would require a Legion in the original
harrowed to pull this off.  And in that case it's unlikely to be strong
enough to actually take possession of the host.  Though I would give some
minor ability dependent on the organ involved, and add 5 cards to the
harrowed pull when the guy dies.
