Nah. Just consider the difference the difference between, say Hucksters and
Sykers. The HOE MAs have further developed the skills and abilities thanks
to the easier access they have to the Hunting Grounds. Or, think of it as
Jeet Kune Do compared to Tae Kwan Do, Karate, or another traditional martial
art.
