Ok, so the question you need to ask. How does she get
the powers? Is she a Betrayer?
http://www.deadlands.com/deadlands/Misc/RPZBet.html
(which makes me think of Cleopatra 2525. Wonder if
anyone has put a Bailey in DLs or HoE?)
Did they give her a relic of some such which grants
her powers? Or have they changed her into some form
of Abomination?

With all these towns destroyed I can see lots of
Rangers and Pinks in the area. At least have one
misadventure in which the Pinks/Rangers are convinced
the posse is behind the local evil and a confrontation
insues. Also decide what the purpose of the task is,
and then what the real goal of the Reckoners in this
case is. Maybe she has been promised great power by
creating a deadland inside the pentagram, but the
Reckoners secret task is to create a major abomination
or a unique relic of some kind.

One thing to keep the tension up is to give her a time
limit. She needs to have the all the cities detroyed
with a span of a moon cycle, or a season. This will
give the posse some hope as she makes more reckless
attacks. Desperation is a great motivator.

Have the posse encountered her husband yet? Call it
the twilight zone in me, but no one ever really gets
what they want. If the posse havn't met her husband,
maybe only have him back in flesh (not spirit). He
more closely resembles a mindless zombie than a
harrowed. Give the posse the chance to underestimate
him as her little pet, then have the manitou pop forth
and show it's true cunning. Maybe her goal is to
create the pentagram and thus raising forces that will
return her husband truely to the land of the living,
thus allowing her to sire real children with him.

I love 'Gloms!!!! I don't know why, but they are my
favorite versital little (actually big) beastie.
Scrap gloms, spirit gloms, comgloms, bone gloms, gloms
gloms... I love em all (No, not in that sense ya
pervs, that's for the OT list). Among other ideas for
gloms I had been thinking of CattleGloms. Just like
regular gloms, but you'd need a very large herd of
animals (any type) dying to create one. A slaughter
house would be a good place for one to form, and that
might be a base of operations for the Hag (or one of
her assistants). As an idea don't have the posse see
her and her assistants together, let them think
there's more than one evil force working in the town
and not a cabal).

Another idea for a glom: Glomlings. These are undead
who can only merge with one other body (and then
there's the subset; Scrap glomlings which are undead
who can merge with one MS device). These creatures
more closely resemble patchwork science than gloms,
but they are not made by MS. Some glomling like
creatures you can throw at the posse: A minotaur, in
which the head of cow/buffalo/bison has been chopped
off and place ontop of, and merged with, a zombie (no
not replacing the zombie head, more like a really big
mask). The big advantage besides being spooky, is it
increases the difficulty of a true headshot, since the
posse doesn't know it needs to target the zombie brain
inside of the cattle head. Another mythological
creature that can be made this was; The centaur. Have
the upper body of a zombie attached to a dead horse
(without the head).

Maybe have another major advantage of glomlings that
they can regenerate quickly by feeding off dead flesh.

Just some ideas.
