Just a couple of clarifications.

This will only get you better files if Distiller is set up properly.  check it
before you try it and make sure print settings are used and not web settings.

DON'T EVER USE PDF WRITER, IT IS EVIL.  Nuf said.

My personal preference for PDFs is to print to a postscript file. and then run
that through distiller, (checking your settings first.)
