Nick pretty much has the right of it.

A "spoiler" is something that could potentially ruin an adventure or plot 
for the players.  Like something that spoils (makes rotten) food.

In general anything that appears in the Marshal Only section of the 
sourcebooks, and pretty much anything in any of the adventures, should be 
considered spoilers.
