ISBN 0-937279-45-5  It's just recently gone into reprint pending R.Tal's
release of 3rd edition.  (Happen to be in the process of moving and have the
Cyberpunk box close at hand.)
And yes, I agree, some of the best advice I've seen on running any game and
keeping powergamers in check is in this book.
