yes, but a mage COULD burn a vampire out of existence
with a simple 3 Correspondence effect (move sunlight)
or the same effect could be achieved with 3 Forces
with 2 Prime (or 2 Forces with 3 Prime) in conjunction
to 'create' sunlight, a 3 Time could always dilate the
air around a vampire and let sunlight from tomorrow
burn him alive, a 4 or 5 Mind effect (inconjunction
with several different combinations) could also make
the vampire 'believe' he was standing in sunlight
but 5 matter with 2 Spirit will ALWAYS change a
vampire (or any other creature) into a deck chair
provided the mage can roll enough successes, to limit
players on what they can do in such a freeform system
is like taking a leash off of a dog and expecting it
not to run away
