Like I said there are still a lot of people who misunderstand Skills with 
multiple Concentrations.  If at character generation you buy Shooting: 
Rifles at 5(paying you 5 points), and then you want shooting Pistol.  Then 
all you do is pay 3 more points and you then get shootin: pistol at 5 as 
well.  If you wanted Shootin: Shotgun as well, pop another 3 points and you 
have that at 5.

It always only cost three points to gain another concentration at the same 
level as the others.
