For the record, 'watchers' of various sorts make great spooks for the 
posse... A villain in my game uses the undead animal host power to 
create skeletal rats to use as his eyes and ears... The party freaks 
whenevber they encounter these tiny skeletal rats that jsut stare at 
them!
