[DL] Re-running of adventures

I ran one or two adventures twice for different groups, but it wasn't that 
much fine the 2nd time - for me anyways.
What I like inbeing a gamemaster is you prepare an adventure, you try to 
come up with a few possible options the player might choose so you can 
react to them and finally be stunned when the players come up with 
something you wouldn't even had remotely thought of.
The two adventures I ran  twice looked promising, since I was going to see 
even more weird player ideas. But somehow it wasn't that much fun. I don't 
now exactly what it was, but maybe it was more routine than before.

Have you re-run adventures before? What were your experiences?
