[HoE] new syker powers

Here's some syker powers I thought up.  I hope you love em!

Sleep Now
TN:opposed (Blastin' vs. Spirit)
Strain:2
Speed:1
Duration:10 mins
Range:Touch

Sleep now puts it's target into a deep, coma-like sleep.  The syker
essentially throws the target's sleep switch, and jams it in the on
position.  The sleeping person is so out of it, only physical injury
will wake them up. (at least 3 points of wind)  Also, should no one
try to wake the victim, he'll continue to sleep after the power's
duration expires, though this is normal sleep, and the target can be
awoken like normal.  Finally, how a person sleeps affects how this
power works on them:  light sleepers recieve a +4 to the resistance
roll; heavy sleepers get a -4.

Mega Boost
Tn:7
Strain:Special
Speed:1
Duration:5 rounds/1 pt. of Strain
Range:Self

This power allows the Syker to temporarily push his body far beyond
it's natural limit.  The syker chooses a physical trait and makes a
blastin' roll.  For each success and raise, the syker may increase the
chosen trait by one step.  the strain the syker takes is based on the
boost he recieves:
Up to 4 steps: 1 strain/raise
5 steps+: 2 strain/raise
Example: A 5 step boost would cost 6 strain; 4 for the first four
steps, 2 for the fifth step.
Unfortunately, this boost of energy eventually burns out the syker's
muscles and nerves.  On the sykers first action of each subsequent
round, the syker makes a "reliability" check, where the "reliability"
is:

20-(the number of steps raised)-(the # of checks taken, including this
one.)

If this check fails, the syker takes 1d20 wind, and the power ends. 
The syker may end the power at any time, but he must make one last
reliabilty check if he hasn't done one in the round he stops the power.
