	If any further clarification on this is needed, I asked Shane a while
back about whether or not to assume that DL creatures still exist in the
wasted west, and the reply I received was "absolutely." Doesn't mean
they're all there or that they have to be in your game, but the word
from on high seems to be that they're there.
