Yeah, I thought the "Hucksters evolved into Sykers" statement seemed a bit
odd. Besides, I don't think Hucksters "evolved" into Sykers, but that their
techniques (and those of Martial Arts) were spun off and a new bunch of
folks used this merged technique to become Sykers.

So the _techniques_ of Hucksters and Martial Arts "evolved" into Syker
ability (why do I always want to type Psyker?), but I don't think the folks
themselves evolved.

Of course, as Mr. Wallace noted and I agree with, hucksters tend to be
fairly versatile. So why every government agency on Earth decided that this
versatility was no longer needed at all, and they apparenlty shelved every
Huckster they had, has always left me somewhat puzzled as well.

Again, as Steve Wallace noted and I agreed with, Blastin' (and
Faith/Doomsayer) _is_ much safer because the chance of one's head blowing up
is so much smaller than a Huckster's chance of his head blowing up/being
possessed by a Manitou/blowing up his comrade/whatever.

As I noted, I'm running a group that has a Huckster and he tends to hit 2-3
Backlashes a night. I've yet to see the group's Syker and Doomsayer Bust
once on their power rolls. Part of that is because Hucksters can get
backlash even if they _don't_ Bust.
