What about the Armored Duster the Guy in the Truck is wearing (armor of -4) does
that affect massive damage in any way? And it just doesn't seem fair that the
guy i the truck takes full damage (- the armor) when he has almost complete cover
in the truck (cept for the open window he was shooting out of)
What does everyone else think?
