[pbmserv-dev] Cathedral pairing

Anyone interested in extending Cathedral to game
pairs?  Alternatively this could be done by hand by
the tournament director (joy).  I suppose I could look
into it myself.  I would presume that the easiest way
to accomplish it would be to switch colors halfway
through the game (i.e., a "game" from the server's
perspective would be two of what one thinks of as
games).  This would obligate players to play out a
game until completion.

I also think it would be neat if the server allowed
moves into ones own territory without regard to order
(since the territory is owned it cannot possibly
conflict).  This would make endgames go a lot faster.
